Executive Director
The Executive Director provides overall leadership and direction for The Educational Resources for Children Inc. This role is responsible for advancing the organization’s mission, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.
The Executive Director works closely with the Board of Directors, staff, community partners, and funders to strengthen programs, expand impact, and maintain strong financial stewardship. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, fundraising and donor relations, program oversight, staff leadership, and community engagement.
We’re looking for a mission-driven leader with strong organizational and communication skills, experience in nonprofit or educational leadership, and a deep commitment to supporting children and families. The ideal candidate is collaborative, accountable, and able to balance big-picture vision with hands-on execution.
