Business & HR Manager
Ricky Boone
Ricky Boone joined the ERfC team in December 2023, bringing over two decades of expertise in business management and finance. An alumnus of American International College, Ricky earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a minor in Finance.
Throughout his career, he has demonstrated exceptional leadership, managing teams of more than 150 employees and overseeing businesses generating over $50 million in revenue. Ricky’s passion for success and commitment to excellence have been instrumental in leading several organizations to achieve top rankings in their respective regions.

At ERfC, Ricky is dedicated to applying his expertise in finance and management to enhance operations and support the organization’s growth. He values collaborating with ERfC staff and the Board of Directors to brainstorm innovative ways to improve programs and provide better resources for families in the community. Driven by a desire to assist families and help ERfC reach new heights, Ricky is focused on making a lasting impact in the lives of children and families in Enfield.

A dedicated vegan for over a decade, Ricky has designed and created a custom product line of clean, healthy products aimed at improving the environment and promoting wellness. In his free time, he enjoys poetry and writing. As a self-published author, he writes suspenseful and educational works, showcasing his creativity and passion for storytelling. Ricky’s dynamic approach to leadership and his unwavering dedication make him a vital part of the ERfC team.

Childcare Compliance & Center Administrator
Jordan Chase
Jordan has been with the ERfC team in 2015 as a team leader, her first job ever! In 2022, Jordan joined the administrative team as the Logistics & Licensing Coordinator.
She is currently pursuing her bachelor's degree in child psychology at Bath Path University, where she also received her head teacher certificate. Jordan’s goal with ERfC is to be able as many children and families as possible.

In her free time, Jordan loves to spend time with her family, especially her younger sister Kylie. She loves to watch football and listen to music.

Behavorial Health Center Administrator
Taylor Gosselin
Taylor joined the ERfC administrative team in 2019, but has been working for us part-time since 2016. Taylor is a certified head teacher and oversees the Barnard & Crandall Before & After School Centers.
She is responsible for the daily administration of two ERfC Centers, including supervision of kids and staff, communication with school personnel, kids, and parents, licensing compliance, school day support, upkeep and maintenance of the facility, and oversight of schedule and activities.
​
She is experienced in behavior management and the use of cooperative team strategies. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in English with a minor in Education, and an Associate’s Degree from Asnuntuck Community College. She is currently completing her Master’s in Education.
​
Taylor has been working with students since 2012 and teaching them skills they will carry with them throughout their lives, and she really enjoys that! Her goal is to continue learning and educating herself to create the best curriculum she possibly can.
​
In her free time, Taylor loves to vacation in Walt Disney World with her family and friends! It’s her favorite place on earth and she goes as much as she can! Her best friend is her 165-pound Golden Saint dog named Russell William who is ¼ Golden Retriever and ¾ Saint Bernard.

Marketing & Events Coordinator
Aaliyah Ellison
Aaliyah Ellison is a vibrant and dedicated member of the ERfC team, bringing her enthusiasm for community engagement and event planning to the forefront.
Starting her journey in the ERfC Centers, Aaliyah quickly showcased her passion for connecting with others and her creative flair, earning a promotion to the Central Office. Now, she focuses on planning community events and capturing the special moments of ERfC children and staff, blending her love for storytelling with her Marketing degree.
As she continues to grow in her role, Aaliyah is being coached to expand her skills and experiences, solidifying her path as a key contributor to ERfC’s mission.

Center Lead Associate
Rebecca Pikul
Rebecca joined the ERfC team in 2018 after using her Bachelor’s Degree from Westfield State University in Elementary Education and Liberal Studies as a third-grade teacher and Autism Assistant in previous positions.
She holds an Initial teachers license in Connecticut and Massachusetts, and is a certified head teacher in the State of Connecticut. Rebecca has experience working with students on the autism spectrum and has taught in inclusive classrooms in Springfield, MA.

Rebecca is a certified head teacher who oversees the Enfield Street & Parkman Before & After School Centers and the development of academic enrichments and learning centers for grades K-5. She is responsible for the daily administration of two ERfC Centers, including supervision of kids and staff, communication with school personnel, kids, and parents, licensing compliance, school day support, upkeep and maintenance of the facility, and oversight of schedule and activities.

Rebecca’s goal she set for herself while working at ERfC is to be able to support students within the Enfield community with engaging academic enrichments during Out-of-School Time.
​
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and family, playing with her puppy, driving her Jeep Wrangler, and reading love novels!

Administrative Coordinator
Marisa Lee
Marisa Lee serves as the Administrative Coordinator at ERfC, where she plays a vital role in supporting families by managing registration for all ERfC programs. She is often the first point of contact for parents and guardians, ensuring a smooth and welcoming enrollment experience.
​
With a strong commitment to organization and customer service, Marisa helps keep our programs running efficiently and ensures that every family feels supported and informed.
Outside of work, Marisa enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, creating lasting memories and staying connected to the community she loves.
